2. 14-Day No-Questions-Asked Returns

Return any unworn, unwashed item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund—no explanation required.

3. Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your return, please allow at least 14 days for your refund to be issued.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees. We recommend using a trackable service or purchasing shipping insurance.

5. PayPal Refunds

Refunds to PayPal accounts typically take at least 14 days. In regions where local regulations allow up to 30 days, please allow up to 30 days.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Final-sale swimwear & intimates
  • Personalized or custom-made pieces
  • Gift cards
  • Products with hygiene seals removed or original tags missing
  • Items showing signs of wear or damage

7. Refund Procedure

  1. Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll send you a prepaid return label within 2 business days.
  3. Drop off your package at any partnered carrier location within 7 days.
  4. After inspection, we’ll process your refund and notify you via email.

9. Refunds to Original Payment Method
